📥 HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FILES

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews.
3. Find your order and select Download Files.
4. Download the PDF included with your purchase.
5. Open the PDF using a web browser.
6. Click the “DOWNLOAD” button inside the PDF.
7. You will be redirected to the folder containing your STL and 3MF files.
8. Download the files to your device and import them into your preferred slicer.

IMPORTANT

The PDF included with your purchase is a download guide and contains the link to access your actual files.

The STL and 3MF files are located in the linked folder inside the PDF.

We are happy to refund any items within 30 days of receipt. if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, in the original packaging and all swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. if our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. should a refund be refused your item will be returned to you.

Items marked as non-refundable including but not limited to, beauty products, haircare or earrings can not be returned once packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
